Before meeting with you, we talked with several other builders, but something was missing. We never felt the connection that we immediately felt with you and Shelby. You took the time to really listen to us, understand what we wanted, and patiently guide us as we went back and forth between remodeling our existing home and ultimately deciding to tear it down and start fresh. You never rushed us or pressured us. Instead, you worked alongside us, embraced our ideas, and helped turn our dream into something even better than we imagined.
As the project moved along, we made our share of changes and upgrades. Not once did anyone make us feel like we were being difficult. Every request was met with kindness, patience, and a willingness to help us create a home that was uniquely ours. That meant more to us than you know.
The quality of your work is simply outstanding. Every subcontractor who worked on our home demonstrated incredible craftsmanship, professionalism and genuine care for us and our goals. It is obvious that Cahill Homes surrounds itself with people who take pride in what they do. The attention to detail throughout our home is something we notice every single day, and it speaks volumes about the high standards you hold yourselves to.
We especially want to recognize Marcelo. There really aren't enough words to describe how much he meant to us throughout this journey. He has an amazing ability to make things happen, and whenever an unexpected issue came up, he was already working on a solution before we even had time to worry. He always kept us informed, and his reassuring words—"I just want you guys to be happy," and "It will be fixed"—became something we truly counted on. Those weren't just words; he backed them up with action every single time. His dedication, work ethic, and genuine care for us made all the difference.

The entire Cahill Homes team was just amazing to work with. From the design and budgeting phase, through finishing touches and trim work it really felt like we were building our home with family! Wow, wow, wow!!! After having completed two large additions to our home, I am still amazed at the wonderful, seamless results. Buddy and his crew are highly skilled with great attention to every detail. Communication was excellent, as was the quality of materials and workmanship. When we entertain guests and mention the additions, our guests are astounded. They can’t believe that our home was not originally designed with all its current features. Beyond the quality construction and beautiful results, it was a great privilege to get to know Buddy, his awesome family, Marcelo and many of his superb sub-contractors. We found Buddy and the Cahill team to be completely honest, fair and always friendly. Now that the construction is complete, we actually miss getting to hang out! We talked to 3-4 custom home builders before deciding on choosing Cahill, the primary reason we chose them was how open and honest they were on all questions asked, from timelines to delays to possible increases in material cost. We have to say building with the Cahill team was truly a great experience from working with them to taking to any of their subs. If we build again, it will definitely be with Cahill.
