The entire Cahill Homes team was just amazing to work with. From the design and budgeting phase, through finishing touches and trim work it really felt like we were building our home with family! We chose Cahill because of the numerous friends that had recommended them to us, and boy were they correct! Cahill homes guided and held our hand every step of the way. Wow, wow, wow!!! After having completed two large additions to our home, I am still amazed at the wonderful, seamless results. Buddy and his crew are highly skilled with great attention to every detail. Communication was excellent, as was the quality of materials and workmanship. When we entertain guests and mention the additions, our guests are astounded. They can’t believe that our home was not originally designed with all its current features. Beyond the quality construction and beautiful results, it was a great privilege to get to know Buddy, his awesome family, Marcelo and many of his superb sub-contractors. We talked to 3-4 custom home builders before deciding on choosing Cahill, the primary reason we chose them was how open and honest they were on all questions asked, from timelines to delays to possible increases in material cost. We had worked with Buddy on our prior home and sought him out for our new home project. That should tell you how much we respected and trusted him.

From the beginning, we came to Buddy with a concept and a few ideas but his team was instrumental in getting to a finished design. We knew what we wanted and they made it happen. All along the way we were so impressed with the communication. We constantly were updated as to the progress of the house and the next steps we could expect. We made numerous changes throughout and nothing seemed to phase them. All of the subs worked well together and they also were great at communication. When Buddy, Marcelo or one of the subs told you something, they always delivered either on schedule or ahead of it. We got no surprises on cost because they were very much up front in telling us what everything would be.

The quality of the work and the care that the subs displayed was outstanding. Our final punch list was extremely minimal. We are very proud of our home and others have commented how beautiful it turned out.

We would definitely use Buddy and Cahill again and would recommend them to anyone looking to build new or remodel. That’s not something you hear typically after a home building experience.

“This was our first time to build a new home, not to mention on 5 acres. We didn’t know where to start. Our friend recommended that we contact Cahill Homes since they are very familiar with building on land using septic systems and wells.

After one phone call, we were guided to a financial institution, and then off to meet with the sales director to start customizing our brand new home. We were able to select and customize everything we wanted from the house plans to inside and outside our home.

I have worked with Cahill Homes on a personal and professional level for approximately 10 years. In January 2005, my family and I moved into our new home which was built by Cahill Homes.
